great location breakfast station modern equipment
The hotel location was great. it was close to shops, restaurants and bars. i enjoyed the egg station for breakfast. It was a nice feature. new gym equipment was available for use.
the hotel road was busy, and crossing required extra caution.

The room had a large bed and a safe, i loved the mini bar, also included were toiletries. the hotel provided laundry service. My clothes returned the same day ironed. the staff showed politeness and helpfulness.
i noticed a slight issue, the gym had only basic equipment. it could use updating to match the hotel's overall high standard.

I stayed in a Grand Beautiful Double or Twin Room Pool View. The room featured a safe and toiletries. I used the laundry service. Clothes came back the same day, ironed.
The hotel is located near a busy road. Crossing the road to reach the beach can be dangerous.

annoying lighting system leaky shower
the excursions desk lady proved very helpful. she booked comfortable taxis for me.
The lighting system was annoying. i had no control over lights unless i walked in the dark to the far side of the room. the shower was in a tub. It leaked all over the floor.
